摘  要:建立同时测定有色农产品草莓中8种有机磷农药的Qu ECh ERS提取-气相色谱快速检测方法。样品经乙腈溶解,Qu EChERS试剂萃取,分散固相萃取净化后,火焰光度-气相色谱检测,结果显示:8种农药均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.999,加标回收率为83.6%~105.4%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~5.2%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.008 mg/kg^0.056mg/kg。该方法具有检测结果准确可靠、简便快速等优点。A GC method for determination of 8 pesticide residues in strawberry was developed. The pesticides in samples was extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with QuEChERS extraction, and then detected by gas chromatography - FPD. The calibration curves for 8 pesticide residues all had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients not less than 0.999. The spiked recoveries were ranged from 83.6% to 105.4% with relative standard deviations of 2.3% - 5.2%. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.008 ~ 0.056 mg/kg( S/N = 3). It was an effective method which fit for the pesticide residues analysis and has high accuracy, precision and sensitivity.
