摘  要:以大豆油多元醇(自制)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,采用丙酮法合成了一系列稳定的水性聚氨酯(WPU)微乳液.通过FT-IR、粘度、粒径、稳定性等测试手段研究了R值及DMPA的量对水性聚氨酯性能的影响,得出最佳合成工艺为:n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=1.2,DMPA用量为5%(对预聚体质量).将合成的水性聚氨酯乳液用作活性染料固色剂,探讨了影响固色效果的因素,得出:水性聚氨酯固色剂的最佳用量为60 g/L,最佳焙烘温度为140℃.在最佳工艺下,可使深浓色织物的湿摩擦色牢度提高1.5级,达到4级.A series of waterborne polyurethane fixing agents of reactive dyes were synthesized with soybean oil polyols(self-made), isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) as raw materials and Na HSO3 as blocking agent by acetone method. The effects of R value and DMPA content on the properties of synthesized product were investigated by FT-IR, particle size, viscosity and stability of the emulsion test. The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were: n(—NCO)/n(—OH) =1.2, 5%(based on the weight of prepolymer) of DMPA. The synthesized WPU was then used as fixing agent of reactive dye, and the influencing factors of fixation were studied, and the optimum fixing process was as follows: the optimum amount of WPU fixing agent was 60 g/L and the best curing temperature was 140 ℃. Under the optimal conditions, the wet rubbing fastness of dark color fabric could increase 1.5 level and reached level 4.
