摘 要:基于煤热解焦油产率低、品质差以及渣油如何高效利用问题,在固定床上进行了淮南煤、准格尔煤与渣油的共热解实验。结果表明:在煤中添加渣油可提高焦油产率,且共热解对焦油产率有协同作用。焦油中正己烷可溶物及脂肪族比例提高,品质显著改善。随着渣油添加比例的增加,热解气中CO、CO2比例降低,C1—C4(C1,C2,C3,C4总和)在热解气中体积比例增加;且C1—C4中CH4比例降低,C2,C3,C4比例升高,说明共热解过程渣油有供氢作用,使得焦油产率增加且品质提高。The co-pyrolysis of Huainan coal, Junggar coal with residual oil was performed in a fixed bed reactor in order to improve the yield and quality of tar and utilize the residual oil. The results indicate that the yield of tar increases by adding residual oil to coal. Meanwhile, there is synergistic effect on tar yield during co-pyrolysis process. The quality of tar is improved as the percents of n-hexane soluble fraction and aliphatics increase. The GC analysis results show that C1 -C4 ( C1, C2, C3, C4 in total) volume ratio increases while the content of CO and CO2 decreases with the increasing of residual oil ratio. Furthermore, the content of CH4 in C1-C4 decreases, and that of C2, C3, C4 increases, illustrating that residual oil has the effect of hydrogen-donor during co-pyrolysis, resulting in an improvement of tar yield and quality.
