摘 要:硝化度是用以表示硝化棉酯化程度的一种方法,是硝化棉主要的技术指标,它决定着硝化棉能量的大小,对硝化棉的溶解度、粘度和安定度也有一定影响。合金还原法是用容量分析方法测定硝化棉中的硝酸酯基。应用范围较广,可以测量各种硝化棉、硝酸盐、铵盐等的含氮量,结果准确度高,影响因素较易克服,特别是温度和季节性的影响小得多。Determination of nitration degree is a method for measuring nitrocellulose esterification degree, and the nitration degree is a main technical index of nitrocellulose, it decides the nitrocellulose’s energy, and has effect on solubility, viscosity and stability degree of nitrocellulose. Alloy reduction method is to use the capacity analysis method to determine nitrate in nitrocellulose base, and it has a wide application range. This method can measure all sorts of nitrocellulose, nitrate, ammonium nitrogen content, it has high accuracy, the influence factors is easy to overcome, especially the influence of temperature and seasons.
