摘 要:绥中36-1油田的注水管网中发现有结垢物存在,针对绥中36-1油田注水系统的特点,对碳酸盐垢、硫酸盐垢的结垢趋势分别进行了理论预测、计算机预测和实验验证,确定油田注水存在结垢倾向。经过对垢物的分析,确定其为碳酸钙垢,但不能形成硫酸盐垢。根据结垢特点,为绥中36-1油田注入水系统研制了BHF-04防垢剂,在现场注水井中加入BHF-04防垢剂试用了2个月后,注水管网中没有新的结垢物生成,防垢效果良好。There were scale substances in the water injection network of SZ36-1 oilfield. According to characteristics of SZ36-1 oilfield water injection system, theoretical prediction, computer prediction and experimental verification about the scaling trend of carbonate scale and sulfate scale were carried out, the trend of the oil field injected water scaling was determined. After analysis of the scale substances, the carbonate scale was identified, but there was not sulfate scale. According to the scaling characteristics, BHF-04 scale inhibitor for SZ36-1 oilfield injection water system was developed. After 2 mouths of injecting BHF-04 scale inhibitor to field water injection wells, there was not new scale formation in the water injection network, good scale prevention effect was obtained.
