摘　　要：非政府组织在发展中需要得到各种资源的支持,社会资本是研究组织、群体集合资源能力的重要工具。本文以陕西妇女理论婚姻家庭研究会为例,基于组织现状,将社会资本分为内部资本和外部资本,从组织的独立性、社会辐射能力,以及资金来源三个方面分析了妇女非政府组织需要面对的问题及困境,根据社会资本结构的三维分析法,从个体交流互动、完善组织结构,以及强化政府政策三个层面探讨优化组织社会资本结构的途径。The development of non-governmental organizations（NGOs） need support from various resources, social capital is an important tool to study the organization＇s ability to access resources. This paper takes the Shanxi Research Association for Women and Family as an example, based on the situation of organization, divides the social capital into internal capital and external capital, uses social capital of the women＇s NGO. How to maintain independence, the factor analysis method to explain the enlarge organization＇s influence and raise fund have become problems facing the practices of women＇s NGO. According to the three-dimensional analytical method, this paper discusses the optimization way ,of NGOs＇ social capital structure through the individuals＇ exchanges and communication, perfect the organizational structure and intensify the policy.
