摘　　要：中国关于RDA的研究及实践开启了RDA的中国之路,文章不仅从宏观上构建了RDA培训体系,而且对此体系的四个子体系——培训课程体系、培训讲师体系、培训流程体系及培训评估体系进行了详细描述和解析,这些研究将为未来全面实施RDA培训及在中国推广RDA打下坚实基础。China＇s research and practice on RDA opens the RDA＇s Chinese road, this paper not only constructs the RDA training system from the macro, and also from its four Subsystem--training course system, training lecturer system, training process system and the evaluation of the training system to carry on the detailed description and analysis, these researches will lay a solid foundation for the fully implement of RDA training and the pro-motion of RDA in China for the future.
