摘  要:【目的】明确α-三噻吩(简称α-T)对棉铃虫的作用方式。【方法】在室内采用叶碟法、浸虫法和饲料混药法测定了α-T对棉铃虫不同生物活性。【结果】在10~1000mg/L内α-T对3龄幼虫的拒食活性较明显,随质量浓度升高,取食叶面积逐渐减小,拒食率逐渐增大,其24h选择性和非选择性拒食中浓度(AFC_50别为11.52、12.26mg/L。α-TX对棉铃虫有明显的生长发育作用,1000mg/I处理后,幼虫历期显著延长,蛹质量、化蛹率和羽化率显著降低,24h体制质量抑制率达到72.14%。【结论】仅堋寸棉铃虫体质量增长和生长发育均有抑制作用。[Aims] The paper aims to study the mode of action of α-terthienyl to cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera Hiibner). [Methods] The different bioactivities of α-terthienyl against cotton bollworm were measured by dip method, disc leaf dipped method and diet-corporated method, respectively. [Results] At 10-1 000 mg/L, α-terthienyl had significant antifeedant activity on larvae. With the increase of concentration, feeding area decreased while antifeedant rate increased. The concentration for median antifeedant effects concentration (AFCs0) in choice and no-choice were 11.52 and 12.26 mg/L at 24 h, respectively. Meanwhile, a-terthienyl had inhibition effect on the growth and development of larvae and pupae. It extended larval duration and decreased pupation rate and emergence rate. The highest inhibitive effect showed at the dose of 1 000 mg/L, and larval duration, pupa weight, pupation rate, emergency were significant different compared with the control. The weight inhibitory rate of 1st day after treatment was 72.14%. [Conclusions] Summary, α-terthienyl obviously retards feeding, growth and reproduction of cotton worm.
