摘  要:以煤或天然气经甲醇制低碳烯烃(如乙烯、丙烯)工艺开辟了一条非石油原料制取低碳烯烃的生产路线,是缓解石油资源紧张的有效方法,已引起世界各国的高度重视,对均衡合理利用我国资源具有重要意义。开发具有高的轻烯烃选择性、易再生、寿命长和价格便宜的催化剂是其中的关键。SAPO-34分子筛具有独特的结构,让它可以高选择性地将甲醇转化为低碳烯烃。本文对国内外甲醇制烯烃(主要是丙烯)领域中SAPO系列分子筛催化剂的开发及应用进行了综述。Technology of methanol to light olefins,such as ethylene,propylene,in which coal or natural gas is taken as raw materials opens a new route for production of light olefins from non- coal materials. It is an effective method for mitigating the oil resources shortage,and has been drawn great attention to by countries worldwide,and of great significance for balancing resources of our country. The catalysts play a key role in this method,which is expected to have higher lifetime,selectivity,conversion and stability,etc. Due to the structural features of SAPO- 34 series molecular sieves,it can convert methanol to propylene,ethylene in MTO process with high selectivity. Development and application of SAPO series molecular sieve catalysts of methanol to olefins( mainly propylene) used home and abroad were reviewed.
