摘  要:超滤装置作为火力发电厂锅炉补给水系统主要的工艺设备,可以有效去除水中的悬浮物、有机物、细菌、病毒及胶体物质,有效防止后续反渗透膜污染。当采用中水作为水源时,由于水质复杂,长期造成超滤膜的污堵,影响系统正常运行。本文通过探索不同水质条件下所对应的运行工况,对超滤产水、跨膜压差、进水流量等因素的影响,找出进水水质与运行工况相匹配的运行方式,保证了系统安全稳定高效经济运行。As the important equipment in boiler feedwater system,ultrafiltration device can effectively remove the organic matters in water,bacteria,viruses and colloidal substances,and effectively prevent the following reverse osmosis membrane pollutions. When the water source is resurgent water,the ultrafiltration membrane is usually contamination and block up because of the complex of water quality. It will affect the normal operation of the system. Through exploring the influences that ultrafiltration water production,trans membrane pressure,water inflow and other factors in operation conditions of different water qualities,the operation mode was found out that the water quality and operation condition were proportion. It can ensure the efficient economic system operates safely and stably.
