摘 要:针对酸性水汽提装置开工后,净化水氨氮含量持续高,严重冲击下游装置,引起净化水回用率低,对此现象分析查找原因,找出是由于固定铵的脱除率太低造成成,对消除固定铵的影响进行理论分析,发现少量注碱能有效降低净化水中氨氮含量,不会引起生产波动,通过计算调整数据,不断实验摸索,分析数据后,得出了一些操作要点,通过此法可以有效降低净化水氨氮,确保净化水质量合格。For the start of the acid water vapor stripping device,the content of ammonia nitrogen in water purification was high,severely impacted on the downstream device and caused a low water recycling rate. Analysis of this phenomenon found out that the removal rate of fixed ammonium was too low. To eliminate the impact of fixed ammonium theoretical analysis,a small amount of injection can effectively reduce the ammonia nitrogen content in the water purification,and will not cause fluctuations in production. Adjusting the data through calculation with continuous experimental exploration,analyzing the data to study the main points of the operation,using this method can effectively reduce ammonia nitrogen in the purification to ensure the quality of water purification.
