提高和稳定高职毕业生就业率的几点建议

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,我国高等教育进入了大众化发展阶段,特别是职业教育在近几年得到了蓬勃发展,越来越多的大学生走向社会,"大学生就业难"问题正日益受到社会各界的广泛关注,已成为大家普遍关心的热点问题。如何提高和稳定高职毕业生就业率,本文从学校的专业设置、人才培养模式、就业指导、家庭的就业观念和大学生自身综合素质等方面进行了分析,并提出了相关问题的解决途径,以达到提高和稳定高职毕业生就业率的目的,更好的服务于社会、家庭和毕业生。With the rapid development of society and economy,the higher education had entered the stage of popular development,especially the vocational education. More and more college students came upon the stage. As a consequence,problems of graduates employment had attracted great attention from all walks of life. The way to improve and stabilise the employment of vocational graduates had become a hot topic. An analysis to this issue was made from specialty setup,talent- cultivating mode and vocational guidance of college,as well as the employment concept of family and students＇ own comprehensive quality. The ways to improve and stabilise employment were proposed to serve the society,family and graduates.
