我国运动员流动研究述评与展望

摘　　要：以文献研究为主要方法,对建国后我国运动员流动研究进行综述。研究结果显示:在运动员流动的阶段划分、流动形式、流动问题、流动的现状与对策、流动特征、流动影响等方面的研究中取得了一定的成就,但在运动员流动研究的系统性、综合性、微观性、多样性和实践性等方面存在一些问题与不足,这些不足为我国未来运动员流动研究指明了方向。By literature,this paper had reviewed the research of athletes flow after the establishment of new China. The results of the study as follows： there had been achieved certain achievements on division of phase,flow form,flow problems,the present situation and countermeasures of flow,flow characteristics and the effects of flow etc. But there are some problems and shortcomings in the study of athletes flow in system,comprehensive,microcosmic,diversity and practice etc. These shortcomings will be the development direction on study in the future.
