摘　　要：针对"山头主义"行为,必须坚持依法治国、依规治党;加强党内民主建设与权力制约;完善党内事务公开制度和健全监督规章制度,对其进行严厉规制,彻底清除其恶劣影响,促进党内政治生态健康发展。As far as the ＂Sectarianism＂behavior,we must uphold the rule govern the state and regulations to lead the Party. To strengthen the construction of the Party,to better inner- party democracy and power restriction,to perfect inner- party affairs system and the supervision rules and regulations,to strictly regulate it,to remove its adverse effects and promote the healthy development of politics of the Party
