摘　　要：实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化是一项系统工程,必须履行政党利益表达机制,激发社会治理主体活力;善用利益综合思维,明晰国家治理模式,释放最大红利;完善政治录用,提高国家治理执行力;在政治社会化中形成良性沟通与互动,实现善治新常态。Implementation of national governance capacity and the modernization of the system of governance is a system engineering,which is needed to assume administrative party interests expression mechanism, stimulate the vitality of social governance; make good use of the benefits of comprehensive thinking, clear governance mod- el, release the biggest bonus;perfect political recruitment, improve national governance and execution;form the good interaction and communication in the political socialization to achieve good governance of the new normal status.
