摘　　要：党的十八届四中全会指出,把法治建设成效纳入领导干部政绩考核指标体系是加强和改进党在全面推进依法治国中领导作用的重要举措。构建领导干部法治建设评价体系,要在学习国内外法治指标探索经验的基础上,科学确定评价体系的实施主体、评价内容、基本程序、评价方式和基本原则,努力使评价结果更准确、更可靠。The Party＇s fourth plenary session has pointed out that the effectiveness of the construction of the rule of law into the leadership cadre performance evaluation index system is to strengthen and improve Party leader- ship of an important measure to comprehensively promote the rule of law. Construction of rule of law and con- struction evaluation system of leading cadres, exploring the experience of learning at home and abroad of the rule of law index scientifically determine the evaluation system of the implementation of the main, content evaluation, basic procedures, evaluation methods and basic principles, great efforts should be made to guarantee evaluation results more accurate and reliable.
