摘　　要：新四军是第二次国共合作的产物。国民党电文中保存了大量有关新四军的史料,这些资料在一定程度上反映了抗战时期新四军的真实状况。分析国民党所留下的相关电文,既有助于铭记新四军以民族大义为重,坚持抗日民族统一战线,积极对日作战的光辉业绩,也有助于理解抗战时期国共两党由合作走向分裂的真实状况。The New Fourth Army was formed after the Second KMT-CCP Cooperation,and a great quantity of historical records about it were survived in Kuomintang（ KMT） ＇ s telegrams,and they recorded the attitude of KMT to and the situation of the New Fourth Army in the Anti-Japanese War. So these telegrams not only proved that New Fourth Army adhered to the Anti-Japanese national united front and fought against Japanese Army,but revealed the process that the Second KMT-CCP Cooperation broke up gradually.
