多级组合新工艺在石化废水中的探索和应用

摘　　要：针对某石油沥青制造公司的废水处理装置扩能及技术改造项目，通过分析该类生产废水的水质特点，以及出水排放指标，针对其高含油量，较高COD含量及较低可生化性（B／C〈0．3）的水质特点，确定采用多级组合处理工艺，即调节除油罐-加载混凝除油器-中和及均衡池-混凝絮凝及DAF气浮池-A／O生化池-高效澄清池-前后臭氧接触池-曝气生物滤池（BAF）-出水排放。该流程可使废水稳定达标排放（CODcr〈50mg／L），同时对类似石化行业废水处理具有借鉴意义。Based on a petroleum pitch manufacturing company of sewage treatment plant expansion and technical transformation projects, through analyzing the characteristics of the water quality of the production wastewater and effluent discharge standard, for high oil, high COD and low biological （B/C 〈 0.3）characteristics. Determine to use Multiple combinational treatment technology, that means adjust degrease tank-Loading coagulation degrease equipment-Neutralization and balanced tank-coagulation and air flotation tank-A/O biochemical tank-High-efficiency clarifiers-Front rear 03 contact tank-BAF-Effluent discharge. This process can control the discharging in standard（CODcr 〈 50 mg/L）,and be have the significance of reference to the similar treatment.
