伊犁河流域伊宁市公益林现状及管护对策分析

摘　　要：作为中亚干旱地区难得的湿岛,伊犁河流域公益林生态功能意义非凡,随着水土资源大规模开发利用,伊犁河流域面临的生态环境问题日益突出。以伊犁河谷中心城市伊宁市公益林资源调查结果为例,分析其公益林资源特点,指出当前在公益林管护中存在的林牧、林渔矛盾突出,承包经营混乱,造林难度大,生态环境退化等问题,并提出相应管护对策和发展模式。As the damp island in arid region of middle Asia, public welfare forestry in Yili River Basin plays an important role. But the ecological environmental problem in Yili River Basin is extruded increas- ingly with the large -scale exploitation and utilization of water and soil resources. Based on investigation of ecology welfare forest construction in Yining City, the resource situation, open issues in conservation of public welfare forest have been analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures also have been put forward in this paper.
