电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定安素中的钾、钙、钠、镁

摘　　要：优化肠内营养制剂（安素）现行注册标准中钾、钙、钠、镁的含量测定方法。采用硝酸∶高氯酸（1∶1）60℃水浴加热消化3 h处理样品,以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱（ICP-AES）法测定。钾、钙、钠在0~30μg/ml,镁在0~5μg/ml范围内,线性关系均良好。钾、钙、钠、镁的回收率（%）分别为103.0±1.1、101.3±0.9、100.8±0.6和97.4±0.8。The method for the content determination of potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium in the current Ensure registration standard was improved. Samples were digested with nitric acid ： perchloric acid （1 ： 1） under water bath at 60 ℃ for 3 hours, and it was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry （ICP-AES） method. It was linear in the range of 0 - 30 ~tg/ml for potassium, calcium and sodium, and in the range of 0 - 5 μg/ml for magnesium. Their recoveries were （103.0±1.1） %, （101.3±0.9） %, （100.8±0.6） %, and （97.4±0.8） %, respectively.
