摘　　要：药物纳米结晶在人体内的吸收和分布等过程中显示出的独特生物药剂学性质已引起研究者的广泛关注。本文综述了药物纳米结晶在人体内的吸收特性、不同给药方式的影响及其在靶向性研究中的应用,旨在深入了解药物纳米结晶的体内生物药剂学特性,以期更好地指导药物纳米结晶的剂型研发。The unique biopharmaceutical characteristics of drug nanocrystals showed in the progress of in vivo absorption and distribution have attracted wide attentions of researchers. This paper reviews the absorption characteristics of drug nanocrystals in the human bodies, the effects of administration routes and the applications to targeted delivery researches. It is useful to understand the biopharmaceutical characteristics of drug nanocrystals more deeply and to guide the development of the formulation of drug nanocrystals.
