奥氮平与阿立派唑对首发精神分裂症糖代谢的护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥氪平与阿立派唑对首发精神分裂症糖代谢影响及临床护理方法。方法选择我院收治的60例首发精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，随机分为奥氮平组（30例）与阿立派唑组（30例），两组患者均给予相应护理干预，比较两组患者糖代谢异常发生率。结果观察组糖代谢并常发生率显著高于对照组，差异显著P〈0．05。结论奥氮平对首发精神分裂症患者糖代谢影响大于阿立哌唑。Objective O olanzapine and set sent azole for first-episode schizophrenia sugar metabolic effects and clinical nursing method. Method Choose our hospital of 60 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were as the research object, were randomly divided into olanzapine group （30 cases） and the state sent azole group （30 cases）, two groups of patients were given corresponding nursing intervention, the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with comparing two groups.Result Observation group had a significantly higher incidence of sugar metabolic abnormalities, and significant difference p 〈 0.05.Conclusion Olanzapine on the glucose metabolism of patients with first-episode schizophrenia than manic and pp.
