闽南砖木结构官式大厝热环境与节能措施分析——以厦门市新垵村新垵社为例  被引量:1

摘  要:对厦门市海沧区新垵村新垵社典型砖木构官式大厝民居进行夏季热环境实测和调查,分析闽南官式大厝砖木结构的热环境特征.结果显示:室外一日内的温度波幅为13.6℃,而室内的仅为4.1℃;室外一日内的相对湿度波幅为37.6%,而室内的仅为17.6%.说明砖木构大厝在保温隔热、调节室内外温度和湿度方面具有良好的热工性能,但是其窗、屋顶和地面仍有许多的不足,应对建筑局部构造进行节电改造,设置防水屋面,组织建筑采光,利用绿化,改善庭院地面等.By spot investigation into the traditional red-brick-and-wood Big House in south Fujian and study of its temperature and humidity data of indoor and outdoor thermal environment, this paper discussed the superiority and deficiencies of red brick and wood residence. The maximum day temperature difference outside the Big House was 13.6 ℃, while the indoor average maximum temperature difference was only 4. 1 ℃; the maximum day humidity difference outdoor was 37.6%, indicating that the Big House has good insulation and the biggest indoor day humidity difference was 17.6%, regulation function and good thermal performance. This paper proposed power-saving transformation, waterproof roof, building lighting, greening and courtyard floor use for renovation.
