摘  要:吐哈油田西部的雁木西、神泉、葡北等区块的第三系的N_1t、Esh地层含有大段的盐膏层,钻井液滤液的总矿化度分别高达280000ppm、80000ppm、45000 ppm。固井注替过程中钻井液混在水泥浆中,致使水泥浆结构力瞬间增大,易导致固井泵压过高,甚至造成"灌香肠"的恶性事故;而顶替到位的水泥浆与虚泥饼接触,水泥浆长期不凝固。2007年7月开始,为了提高盐膏层固井质量、降低盐膏层固井成本,研究开发了以固体抗盐降失水剂G33S为主的新型抗盐水泥浆体系。截至到2009年,吐哈油田G33S型抗盐水泥浆固井23井次,固井合格率提高到了100%,达到了预期效果,同时固井费用大大降低,得到了甲方的好评。Considerable length of salt gypsum exists in Nt,Esb of Tertiary in Yanmuxi,Shenquan and Pubei blocks,with salinity as high as 28000 ppm,80000ppm and 45000 ppm respectively,resulting in mixture of mud and slurry in cementing operation,causing instant increase of structural mechanic of slurry,extreme high pump pressure,or even severe accident like sausage-filling.While contact of slurry in place with mud cake causes the slurry not to set for a long time.A new salt tolerable slurry system,with G33 S solid filtration reducing agent as the main product was developed in July 2007 to improve cementing quality and reduce cementing cost in salt gypsum formation.Up to 2009,23 cases of cementing using G33 S had been operated in Tuha Oilfield,and the cementing quality rate is 100%.It helps to reach the set target and reduce the cost of cementing as well.The product was highly praised by the client.
