摘　　要：为了减少MD450-60型多级离心泵平衡盘间液体的泄漏,提高工作效率,设计了一种新型平衡装置,利用内装式单端面机械密封,依靠压差来平衡轴向力,并进行计算验证。结果表明,该装置能够在大幅度减少平衡盘间液体泄漏量的情况下平衡轴向力,为新型平衡装置设计提供理论依据。In order to reduce MD450- 60 multistage centrifugal pump liquid leakage among balance disc and enhance the working efficiency,it puts forward a new type of balancing device. It uses the built- in type mechanical seal relying on the pressure difference to balance the axial force,takes a calculation with specific example verification. Results show that this device can balance axial force under the condition of reducing large leakage.This provides theoretical basis for the new balance device design.
