摘 要:本文结合医院手术室空调系统特点对独立新风系统进行建模,并通过VBA编写程序进行模拟计算,研究室外环境参数、室内控制点温湿度和新风比等对以普通冷水机组为冷源的独立新风系统的能耗、运行特性及控制的影响,并将传统的一次回风系统与之对比分析。研究表明,室内控制点温湿度过低会使得新风机器露点温度过低,尤其是新风比较小的时候,造成表冷器冷冻水流量急剧增加,使得系统出现不稳定的运行;和一次回风系统相比,独立新风系统的节能效果更加显著。Combined with the characteristics of hospital operation room air-condition- ing system, a model of dedicated outdoor air system was built in this study. Then, a pro- gram was written by VBA to simulation, researching the effect of some factors on energy consumption, operating performance and control of dedicated outdoor air system that take ordinary water chiller as the cold source, just like outdoor environment parameters, interi- or temperature and relative humidity of control point, fresh air ratio and so on. The re- suits from this study show that, if indoor temperature and relative humidity of control point are so low, it will make the apparatus dew point temperature of fresh air lowly and cause chilled water flow of cooling coil increased dramatically, especially when the fresh air ratio is small. That causes the system operation to appear unstable. Compared with the primary return air sys- tem, dedicated outdoor air system has more significant energy saving.
