摘　　要：大学生成才规划是高校培养人才的重要途径,辅导员是大学生成才规划的引路人、培养人和监督人,文章在分析了辅导员开展大学生成才规划辅导现状和困境的基础上,提出了提高辅导员开展大学生成才规划辅导实效性的对策。College students planning is an important way to cultivate talents in universities. Instructors are college students ＇planning leaders,cultivatiors and supervisors. This article analyzes the college students career guidance counselors to carry out the status quo and difficulties,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the development of college students ＇career guidance counselors＇ effectiveness.
