摘　　要：未成年人是我国全体国民中十分特殊也是最为核心的组成部分,而随着社会的日益变化,各种思潮的涌入,未成年犯罪的问题也不断显现出来,然而未成年作为我国未来各项社会建设事业的中坚力量,对其采取的法律措施,势必与成年人存在很大差异,这就要求我们在制定和完善未成年人刑事诉讼程序时,要紧密结合实际,制定出既能对违法犯罪行为予以有力打击的同时,又有助于未成年的未来发展的法律体系,因而加大对未成年刑事诉讼程序的相关问题研究,就显得尤为必要了。The minors are very special and the core in our country,and with the increasing of society,the influx of all kinds of thoughts,juvenile crime problems have been revealed,however the minors as the backbone of our society in the future construction,when taking legal measures to the minors,it is bound to exist great differences with adults,it requires us to develop and perfect the juvenile criminal prosecution procedure,must be closely integrated with practice,not only make a powerful blow to illegal and criminal behavior at the same time,then contributes to the future development of the juvenile legal system,Thus it is particularly necessary to increase the problems related to study of juvenile criminal procedure.
