论《刑法学》教学与司法考试的关系

摘　　要：自2008年6月起,在校本科生可以参加司法考试,这对刑法学教学产生了一定影响。本文首先阐明刑法学教学目标的定位,继而分析司法考试对刑法学教学的积极因素及冲突,寻求刑法学教学与司法考试的良性互动,以促进刑法学教学质量的提高。This paper first clarifies the criminal law orientation of teaching goal,then analyzes the judicial examination of the positive factors in criminal law teaching and the conflict,the benign interaction for criminal law teaching and the judicial examination,in order to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the science of criminal law.
