白芍花中微量元素测定与分析

摘　　要：用电感等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对白芍花中7种微量元素进行含量测定,从而研究白芍花中微量元素的含量。白芍花中含有丰富的微量元素,Ca、Mg、Fe、Al、Zn、Mn、Se元素的含量(mg/kg)依次为:1240、770、112、84.8、23.3、9.57、0.022。通过白芍花中微量元素的含量及中药功能与金属元素含量关系,确定白芍花具有理气、补虚、解表、理血的功效,同时可作为Ca、Mg元素的补充剂。该研究结果为白芍花的功效提供了科学依据。To study the contents of trace elements in Paeoniae Radix Alba flowers,we determined the contents of the seven kinds of trace elements by Inductively coupled atomic emission spectroscopic analyzer instrument（ ICP- AES）. Paeoniae Radix Alba flowers contain rich trace elements. The contents of trace elements Ca,Mg,Fe,Al,Zn,Mn,Se are 1240,770,112,84. 8,23. 3,9. 57,0. 022 mg / Kg. According to the contents of the seven kinds of trace elements and raditional Chinese medicine function relationship with trace elements content,the Paeoniae Radix Alba flowers have the efficacy of regulating vital energy,tonify deficiency,blood- regulating,and can be used as Ca,Mg elements supplement. The results provide a scientific basis for the efficacy of the Paeoniae Radix Alba flowers.
