玛卡复方醇提物对改善小鼠性功能及抗疲劳功能的影响

摘　　要：探讨玛卡中药复方醇提物对改善小鼠性功能及运动小鼠抗疲劳的作用。ICR雄性小鼠60只,随机分成6组,空白对照组用蒸馏水灌胃;玛卡复方醇提组分别按照1.0,2.1,4.2 g干粉/kg与2.83 g中药原药材/kg灌胃给药;玛卡醇提组按照2.1 g/kg玛卡干粉灌胃给药;以万艾可为阳性参照药物。每日给药1次,连续给药15 d,检测小鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)和睾酮含量。另60只ICR雄性小鼠按上述给药剂量分组(其中阳性药物设定为西洋参片),测定小鼠负重游泳时间、力竭游泳后小鼠血清中血清尿素氮(BUN)含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,肌肉中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性。与空白组相比,玛卡复方醇提物能显著提高小鼠血清中NO含量(P<0.01),但对睾酮含量影响不明显;同时玛卡复方醇提物能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.01),降低力竭游泳后小鼠血清中BUN含量(P<0.01)、LDH活性(P<0.01),提高肌肉中SDH活性(P<0.01)。玛卡中药复方醇提物能显著的改善小鼠性功能,并且具有显著地抗疲劳作用。Maca（ Lepidium meyenii Walp.） is a cruciferous plant from the Andes of Peru. The root of Maca is traditionally employed for its supposed properties in aphrodisiacs and improving fertility. It also has been widely used to help alleviate the symptoms of fetigue. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of ethanol extract of Maca and Chinese herbal compound on male mice. To explore the effects of alcohol extract from Maca and traditional herbal compound on improving sexual function and antifatigue function in mice. 60 ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups for detecting concentration of nitric oxide（ NO）,testosterone levels,weight loading swimming time of mice,urea nitrogen（ BUN）,lactate dehydrogenase（ LDH） activity and muscle activity of succinate dehydrogenase（ SDH） in serum. Dividing alcohol extract from Maca and traditional herbal compound into low,medium and high dose groups（ corresponding to 1. 0,2. 1,4. 2 g dry hypocotyls of Maca and 2. 83 g dry traditional herbal compound / kg）,alcohol extract from Maca（ corresponding to 2. 1 g dry hypocotyls of Maca / kg）,vehicle group and vigra / ginseng,orally administrated to each group for 15 days,respectively. Control group was fed with equivolume of distilled water. Compared with the control group,alcohol extract from maca and traditional herbal compound could significantly increase the NO concentration in serum in mice,but not obvious effect on testosterone levels. Meanwhile,the extract could significantly increase the swimming time of mice,decrease BUN concentration,LDH activity and activity of SDH in muscle of mice. These results suggest that oral administration of the alcohol extract from Maca and traditional herbal compound significantly enhanced the sexual function of the mice,as evidenced by an increase in the NO concentration. And the decrease of BUN concentration,LDH activity and the increase activity of SDH in muscle showed antifatigue function in mice.
