银屑病发病机制和治疗方法的研究进展

摘　　要：银屑病是一种发病机理复杂、难治易复发的慢性疾病,对病人的生活质量产生巨大影响,占用大量医疗资源,目前对其发病机理尚未彻底了解,缺少特异性的、有效的诊断和治疗方法,是人类面临的疑难病症之一。本文结合汤森路透数据库资源(Thomson reuters integrity)对银屑病的病理特征、分类、发病机理、相关基因,以及目前的诊断和治疗靶点作一简单综述。Psoriasis is a chronic disorder with complicated pathogenesis,difficulty to cure and high tendency to recur. The disease can have an serious impact on patients daily activities and social life. The psoriasis patients take up a lot of total health care resources and medical resources. It turns out to be one of the most difficult diseases since we know little about the pathogenesis and lack of specific,effective methods for diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis. The characteristics,classification,pathogenesis,genetic basis,current progress in diagnosis and treatment targets of psoriasis have been reviewed in this paper according to the data from Thomson reuters integrity for competitive intelligence.
