口服缓控释制剂的研究概述

摘　　要：随着人们对药品发挥药效的准确度与精确度要求的提高,缓控释制剂因其本身具有的剂型优势,成为近年来研究的热点,缓控释制剂是指在水中或某些特殊介质中缓慢释放药物的制剂,可适用于多种给药途径,制作成多种药用剂型。本文对口服缓控释制剂的分类、应用优势、释药机理与处方设计等的研究进展进行了概括,对关键质量控制属性-释放度的测定方法等进行总结及预测,概括了缓控释制剂的应用现状、高分子载体的发展现状及生化药物缓控释剂型等的应用及研究现状。从多方面对影响缓控释制剂发展的因素作了分析,并对缓控释制剂的发展应用前景做了预测。随着科学技术的高速发展,新辅料、新材料、新设备和新工艺的不断涌现及药物载体的修饰等,缓控释制剂会占据大部分医药市场。As people raise the requirements of accuracy and precision in exerting drug efficay,the slow controlled release preparations for their advantages of dosage form,are becoming a hot spot of research in recent years. The slow controlled release preparation means administration mades and in the water or some special medium to release the slowly drug. Delivery system can be applied to a variety of,made into a variety of pharmaceutical dosage forms. In this paper,the classification,application,advantages of oral drug release mechanism have been summarized and the research progress of prescription design,control of key quality attributes-method for determination of the degree of release and so on are overviewd. The application in the present situation,the development status of polymer carrier and biochemical drugs slow controlled release dosage forms such as the application and research status are summerized. The factors affecting the development of slow controlled release preparations from various perspectives were analyzed,and the development prospect of application of the prediction was introduced. With the rapid development of science and technology,new materials,new materials,new equipment and new technology constantly emerging and modification of drug carrier,the slow controlled release preparations will occupy most of the medical market.
