摘　　要：危机恢复管理是对危机预警管理和危机应急管理的反思,旨在找出危机管理机制中的缺陷和不足,提出整改意见与措施,以便提高危机预控、危机处理和危机恢复的能力。医学来华留学生危机恢复管理有三方面的任务:一是重建在危机冲突中遭受破坏的校园基础设施,恢复危机发生前的教学秩序和生活状态;二是对危机中受到伤害的来华留学生开展心理维护和干预,使之尽快走出危机的阴影;三是全面评估危机管理措施及效果,从中总结为经验,汲取教训,为构建系统完善的医学来华留学生危机管理机制提供支持。Crisis recovery management, a reflection of the early warning and emergency management for crisis issues, aims at identifying defects and deficiencies in the crisis management mechanism and proposing rectification and measures to improve the ability of pre-crisis control, crisis management, and crisis recovery. Crisis recovery management in medical colleges for medical international students includes tasks in three aspects：First, to rebuild the campus infrastructure which has been damaged in crisis conflict and restore the state on teaching order and life; Second, to make sure to get out of the crisis shadow by psychological maintenance and intervention as soon as possible; Third, to summed up experience and lessons after comprehensive assessment of the crisis management measures and effect, and build a thorough crisis management mechanism for medical international stndent~
