摘　　要：目的评估Microsim医学模拟培训系统在新入院医师临床技能培训中的价值及可行性。方法对我院2014年新入院医师进行MicroSim系统培训,对比培训前后临床技能考核成绩及教学满意度。结果Microsim医学模拟培训系统有助于提高新入院医师分析处理临床实践有关问题的能力,有助于临床技能的提高;同时还可提高其临床应变能力,增强对临床问题的整体认识。结论 Microsim医学模拟培训系统可提高新入院医师临床综合处置能力,可作为新入院医师培训的有效补充。Objective To evaluate the value and feasibility of Microsim medical simulation training sys- tem in new staff＇s clinical practice training. Method Microsim medical simulation training system was used in new staff＇s clinical practice training 2014. To observed the examination and teaching satisfac- tion. Results Microsim medical simulation training system helps to improve the new staff＇s the ability of analysis and solving clinical problem, and improve the new staff＇s clinical thinking ability. Also it can improve the new staff＇s clinical strain capacity; enhance the overall understanding of the clinical problem. Conclusion Microsim medical simulation training system can improve the new staff＇s ability of clinical comprehensive treatment ability. It can be used as an effective complement to clinical prac- tice teaching.
