摘 要:复杂洞室群小净距隧道施工的关键是爆破振动效应的控制。为减少小净距隧道爆破开挖对结构及中夹岩柱稳定的不利影响,重庆轨道交通六号线铜锣山隧道复杂洞室群小净距爆破通过精确计算,合理选择与工程相匹配的钻爆参数,采用非电毫秒雷管、乳化炸药和光面爆破,硬岩地段爆破分台阶进行,确保了隧道超欠挖在允许范围之内,并使中夹岩柱的扰动达到最小。本工程的复杂洞室群爆破控制技术可为今后类似工程提供参考。T he key of neighborhood tunnel construction for complex tunnel group is the control of blasting vibration effect. In order to reduce adverse effect of neighborhood tunnel blasting on interlaid rock stability,neighborhood blasting of Tongluoshan tunnel for complex tunnel group in Chongqing rail transit line 6 chose the drilling and explosion parameters matching with the engineering by accurate calculation and adopted the nonelectric millisecond detonator,emulsion explosive and smooth blasting. Step by step blasting was used in hard rock sections,which ensures the over excavation of tunnel in allowable range and makes the interlaid rock disturbance be minimal. Controlling blasting technique for complex tunnel group could provide a reference for the similar engineering in future.
