摘  要:CA砂浆层作为板式轨道的一个重要部件,具有支承、调整与缓冲等功能,在自然环境和列车荷载的共同作用下,容易产生伤损。快修砂浆作为一种修补伤损CA砂浆层的材料,需满足在天窗时间内完成修补并达到安全通车条件的要求。基于弹性地基梁体模型和轮轨系统动力学原理,建立了CRTSⅠ型梁体有限元模型和车辆—轨道垂向耦合动力学模型,从轨道结构静力及动力性能两方面对快修砂浆修补后的轨道结构进行了评价。结果表明,砂浆层最大垂向压应力为349.5 k Pa,轮对和转向架的加速度最大值分别为7.53g和0.43g,均在限值范围内,轨道结构的安全性和列车运行安全性可得到保证。As an important part of CRTSⅠ slab-type track,the CA mortar layer has the functions of supporting, adjustment,buffering and so on,which could be injured easily under the coupling action of environment and train load. T he rapid repairing mortar need to complete the repair in the skylight time and meet the safe traffic requirement as a kind of material for repairing injured CA mortar layer. Based on the elastic foundation-beam solid model and wheel-rail system dynamics theory,a CRTSⅠ beam solid finite element model and vehicle-track vertical coupling dynamic model was established,and the track structure after the repairing of rapid repairing mortar was evaluated from such two aspects as the static and dynamic performance of track structure respectively. Analysis results showed that the maximum vertical compressive stress of mortar layer is 349. 5 kPa,the maximum acceleration of wheel set and bogie are 7. 53g and 0. 43g which are within the limits,and the safety of track structure and running stability could be guaranteed.
