摘  要:整车搭铁系统设计及测试验证是整车开发的重要环节,直接影响整车功能与安全,严重时造成重大交通安全事故。首先介绍搭铁设计,其中包括搭铁类型、形式及设计原则;其次介绍验证测试中的搭铁电流分布及悬浮电压测试、搭铁失效测试,其中包括测试目的、原理、方法、评价标准;最后以实际车型为例,进行实车测试,对测试结果进行分析,评价其搭铁设计的合理性。通过设计评审与测试验证,有效提高整车搭铁系统的可靠性,降低车辆安全风险。Automobile grounding system design and vehicle development, directly affect the vehicle function test verification which are important parts of the whole and safety. Unreasonable design causes a terrible traffic accident. The grounding design is introduced firstly, including grounding types, forms and design principles; Then the following two verification tests: the test for grounding current distribution and floating voltage and the grounding failure test, are introduced including the test purposes, principles, methods and evaluation standards; Finally, the real car test is carried out to analyze the test results and evaluate the rationality of grounding design. Through the design review and test verification, the reliability of automobile grounding system is improved effectively and the vehicle security risk is reduced.
