西安市公务员体力活动相关因素研究  

Study on the factors related to physical activity among civil servants in Xi'an City

摘　　要：目的探讨西安市公务员体力活动水平现状及其相关因素，为促进公务员健康提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法，于2012年7月一2013年7月，分别在承担政府公务员年度体检的西安市两所三级甲等医院体检中心体检的公务员中抽取1000名。采用国际体力活动量表中文版（IPAQ—C），对其体力活动水平进行调查并评价，采用自编问卷调查研究对象的社会学特征和家族史。采用Mann—WhitneyU检验或Kruskal—WallisH检验及Logistic回归方程评估调查对象社会学特征与体力活动的关系。结果7．4％调查对象未达到体力活动最低推荐值；57．3％调查对象达到中度体力活动水平；35．4％调查对象达到高度体力活动水平。女性参与体力活动人数是男性0．403倍（OR=0．403，95％CI：0．295--0．550，P〈0．05）；高年龄组参加体力活动人数是其他年龄组0．430倍（OR=0．430，95％CI：0．261～0．711，P〈0．05）。结论西安市公务员体力活动主要集中于中度体力活动，年龄、性别对公务员体力活动水平有一定影响。Objective To investigate the current status of physical activity and its associated influencing factors among civil servants in Xi＇ an City so as to provide scientific references for improving civil servants＇ health. Methods A total of 1,000 civil servants were randomly selected from health examination centers of two AAA hospitals which were appointed as annual health examination institutions for the civil servants by Xi＇ an government from July 2012 to July 2013. The Chinese version d the International Physical Activity Questionnaire （IPAQ- C） was used to survey and assess physical activity of the civil servants, and the self- designed questionnaire was employed to describe their socio- demographic characteristics and chronic disease family histories. The associations between socio- demographic characteristics and physical activity were evaluated by using Mann- Whitney U test or Kruskal - Wallis H test and binary Logistic regression analysis. Results Among all the participants, 7.4% did not meet the minimum recommendations for physical activity, 57.3% had moderate level and 35.4% had high level. The number of women participating in physical activity was 0. 403 times that of men （ OR = 0. 403, 95 96 CI ： 0. 295-- 0. 550, P 〈 0.05）, and the number of women aged 〉 51 years participating in physical activity was 0. 430 times that of other age groups （OR =0. 430, 95% CI：0.261-0.711, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Most of the civil servants in Xi＇an City have moderate- intensity physical activity; moreover, age and gender have influences on their physical activities.
