云南不同生态环境地区人群弓形虫病现况研究

摘　　要：目的掌握不同生态环境地区人群弓形虫病感染状况,开展人兽共患病防控的生态健康研究。方法选择两个县市作为调查点,对高危职业人群和门诊疑似病例开展调查研究,定性检测研究对象血清中弓形虫Ig M抗体。结果两个调查点基本情况各不相同,是云南省不同生态环境地区的典型代表。共调查高危职业人群228人,门诊疑似病例61人。高危职业人群血清抗体阳性率:宜良县1.59%,芒市5.88%,总阳性率3.51%。8例高危职业人群阳性病例职业为散养户、养殖合作社人员和乳制品加工人员。疑似病例血清抗体阳性率:宜良县9.68%,芒市16.67%,总阳性率13.11%。结论云南省不同生态环境地区的高危职业人群和疑似病例存在较高的弓形虫感染率,不同地区人群感染率不同。Objective To investigate the prevalence of toxoplasmcsis among people living in different ecological environment, and to carry out eco- health study about zoonosis prevention and control. Methods We selected 2 counties as the surveyed sites, and investigated the high- risk occupational groups and the suspected cases in the outpatient. And then, the serum specific toxoplasmosis antibody IgM was qualitatively tested in the research subjects. Results The basic information of the 2 surveyed sites which were the typical representatives of different ecological environment in Yurman Province was different. A total of 228 high - risk occupational people and 61 suspected cases in the outpatient were surveyed. The positive rates of serum IgM antibody of the high- risk occupational group in Yiliang and Mangshi were 1.59% and 5.88% respectively, with the total positive rate of 3.51%. Among the high- risk occupational groups, 8 cases were positive and their occupations were scattering raising househol- ds, cooperative breeding- farm staff and dairy product processing staff. The positive rates of serum IgM antibody of the suspected cases in Yiliang and Mangshi were 9.68 % and 16.67 % respectively, with the total positive rate of 13.11%. Conclusions The infection rates of toxoplasmosis in the high- risk occupational groups and the suspected cases in different ecological environ- ment in Yunnan Province are both high. The infection rates in the 2 surveyed sites are different.
