摘  要:1 100 kV盆式绝缘子是特高压GIS的关键部件,但制造难度较大,目前国内试制的盆式绝缘子机械强度略差,水压破坏值较低,成为制约其工程应用的瓶颈问题。在确保电、热性能的前提下,就如何改善盆式绝缘子的机械强度开展了研究。首先,尝试了环氧界面剂和导电橡胶两种嵌件处理工艺,通过改善中心嵌件与环氧树脂界面的接触效果改良了盆式绝缘子的机械强度;其次,设计了两种新的嵌件结构,得到了强度高、一致性好、接近国际领先水平的水压破坏结果。改进后的盆式绝缘子满足了技术规范要求,经严格考核后已应用于皖电东送工程,标志着中国已经具备了制造1 100 kV盆式绝缘子的能力。1 100 kV spacer insulator is a key component of ultra high voltage (UHV) GIS, but has great technical difficulty to manufacture. At present the prototype insulator made in our country has poor mechanical strength and low hydraulic fracture value,which become the bottleneck for its engineering application. In the precondition of ensuring the electrical performance, some studies are carried out to improve the mechanical strength of the insulator. Firstly, on the interface treatment process,epoxy bonding-agents technology and conductive rubber process are tried successively, to improve the interface contact effect between the insert and epoxy resin. Secondly, under the conductive rubber process conditions, two kinds of insert structure are designed, which got good fragmentation strength The improvement of the and homogeneity, and is close to the international advanced level of destruction results. solves the last bottleneck problem of 1 100 kV insulator, and the insulator is used in the Huainan-Shanghai UHV AC Pilot Project, which means China already has the independent ability to manufacture 1 100 kV insulator.
