摘  要:传统交流温升试验电源系统采用电网直接供电,因此只能进行50 Hz温升试验,而无法实施60 Hz温升试验,同时,由于其自动化程度较低,在电网电压波动以及负载随温度变化的情况下,只能通过现场手动调节调压器实现电流的稳定控制,且缺乏有效的远程监控手段,不利于系统运行的综合管理。为解决上述问题,笔者结合温升试验的工艺要求以及试验室的具体试验条件,采用发电机作为温升试验电源,通过调节变频器的输出频率改变拖动电动机的转速,实现了试品对不同试验频率的需求;采用可编程控制器设计了一套温升试验自动控制系统,并根据温升试验规范,结合工业组态软件设计了温升试验的远程监控后台。实验结果表明,新的温升试验电源及控制系统能够自动调节温升试验电流及频率,有效提高了温升试验系统的工作效率。Traditional AC power supply system for temperature rise test adopts the power directly from grid, therefore only 50 Hz temperature rise test of switchgear is available, and the stable current control has to depend on manual adjustment of voltage regulator due to its low degree of automation in the case of grid voltage fluctuation and load changing with temperature. To solve these problems, according to the process requirements of temperature rise test and the test conditions in laboratory, the authors took a generator as the power supply of temperature rise test to obtain different test frequencies by adjusting the output frequency of the frequency converter to change the speed of the drive motor. Programmable logic controller was adopted to design an automatic control system for the temperature rise test, and the industrial configuration software was employed to design a remote monitoring system according to the specification of temperature rise test. Experimental results show that the present power supply for temperature rise test of switchgear and its control system can automatically adjust the current and frequency of temperature rise test, and effectively improve the working efficiency.
