摘  要:为了解决6~35 kV非有效接地电力系统对地电容电流的精确测量问题,文中介绍了一种利用配电网电容电流测试仪在三相电压互感器开口三角处通过异频法进行测量,将测量的两次数据(PT空载和PT带线路负载)进行差值计算的方法,从而来确定6~35 kV非有效接地电力系统的电容电流。通过对电厂6~35 kV配电网的19条线路进行在线测量,并对试验数据进行分析、试验方法进行验证以及对部分线路进行改造,改造后的结果证明了该方法的可行性和准确性。For accurate test of the capacitance current of 6~35 kV insufficiently grounded power system to ground, a testing method was proposed, in which a capacitance current tester of distribution network is used for the test by means of the different-frequency method at open delta of a three-phase voltage transformer, and the difference of measured data of PT with load on line and without load is calculated to determine the capacitance current of the 6~35 kV insufficiently grounded power system to ground. On-line test was conducted on 19 lines of the 6-35 kV distribution network in a power plant, the test data were analyzed to verify the correctness of the proposed testing method. Part of the lines were modified according to the data, and the result demonstrate the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method.
