换流变压器出线装置两种设计方案的比较

摘　　要：文中设计两套换流变压器直流出线装置,这两套出线装置的绝缘结构所用绝缘纸筒厚度相同,油隙大小不同。为验证两种结构的绝缘强度,文中利用Elec Net电场计算软件,对这两种设计方案进行电场强度及耐受电压计算。通过计算结果分析,小油隙结构的电场强度低于大油隙结构,因此出线装置绝缘结构采用小油隙结构较好。Two barrier systems of converter transformer were designed with same thickness of insulation pressboard cylinder and different oil gap. To compare their insulating strength, the software ElecNet is adopted to calculate the electric field intensities and withstand voltages of two designed barrier systems. The results show that the electric field intensity of the barrier system with smaller oil gap is lower than that of the other barrier system, suggesting that the barrier system with smaller oil gap is more applicable.
