摘 要:在系统分析新丝绸之路地理区域与交通设施投资的基础上,分析了新丝绸之路的经济发展趋势。并采用VAR模型实证分析了新丝绸之路经济带交通基础设施投资总量、运输业总产值和各省市经济总量之间的动态均衡关系,研究发现:新丝绸之路经济带运输业的发展、基础交通投资总量和经济增长之间表现出长期的稳定关系,交通运输业和交通基础设施投资促进了新丝绸之路经济带的经济增长,但仅仅依靠投资总量的增加无法真正促进该经济带经济的增长。建议从进一步加大对新丝绸之路经济带的资金投入和政策优惠、进一步提高新丝绸之路经济带基础投资的经济效率、进一步加强其他优质经济增长要素的供给与构造和进一步推进落实"一带一路"经济发展战略几个方面入手,促进新丝绸之路经济带的和谐稳定持续均衡发展。Based on analyzing the geographical region and investment in transit facilities of The New Silk Road, this paper discusses the economic development trend of The New Silk Road. This paper also uses VAIK model to take empirical analysis of the gross investment, gross value of transportation industry and gross economic value of each province and city of the transit foundation facilities in the economic belt of The New Silk Road. The results reveal that there exist a long mn stable relationship between the development of transportation industry of the economic belt of the The New Silk Road, the investment gross value of basic transit and economic growth, and the transportation industry and the traffic foundation facilities investment improve the economic growth of the economic belt of The New Silk Road, but the increment in gross investment could not improve the e-- conomic growth of the economic belt. It is suggested that the investment input and preferential policies should be enlarged, the economic efficiency should be increased, and the supply and construction of excellent economic increasing factors and the eco- nonfic development strategy of "One Belt One Road" should be promoted to improve the hamlonious, stable, sustainable and balanced development.
