摘 要:为探讨苜蓿种质盐胁迫和碱胁迫抗性的快速评价方法,以水培陇东苜蓿幼苗为试验材料,模拟典型盐和碱胁迫环境,研究短期水培条件下不同浓度的中性盐(NaCl和Na2SO4)与碱性盐(NaHCO3和Na2CO3)处理对其幼根及茎生长的影响。结果表明:随着盐浓度的升高,幼苗根长均呈先增加再减少的趋势。盐胁迫下,浓度为40mmol/L时根长最大,达6.3cm,为对照的2.02倍,差异显著(p<0.05);碱胁迫下,浓度为5mmol/L时根长最长,达5.2cm,为对照的1.56倍,差异显著(p<0.05)。结论:短期低浓度盐胁迫能刺激苜蓿幼苗根系的伸长,但抑制地上部分的生长,碱胁迫对早期幼苗生长的抑制作用较盐胁迫更为显著;盐胁迫及碱胁迫对幼苗株高的影响均弱于对根系伸长的影响。To explore a method to rapidly evaluate the salt and alkali resistance of alfalfa germplasms,bud seedlings of alfalfa were used as test materials to study the short-term effect of different saline and alkaline concentrations on the growth of root and stem.Results:The root length of bud seedlings increased first and then decreased as the increase of stress concentrations.On condition of neutral salt stress,optimum root length was found at 40 mmol/L,which was 6.3cm,increased 2.02-fold of the control group,with significant difference(p〈0.05).And on condition of alkaline salt stress,optimum root length(5.2cm)was found at 5mmol/L,which was 156%times higher than the CK,with significant difference(p〈0.05).Conclusion:short-term low concentration saline stress could stimulate seedling root elongation,but to the ground part of the growth was still to curb the performance.The effects of the stresses on stem length were found less than that on root length.And the inhibitory effect of alkaline stress on seedlings' growth in early stage was found greater than neutral salt stress.
