织金县插扦式散叶烘烤技术的应用

摘　　要：为了解插扦式散叶烘烤技术在大面积生产实践中的应用效果,采用多年多点调查的方法,对织金县2010—2013年插扦式散叶烘烤技术推广应用情况进行调查研究。结果表明:插扦式散叶烘烤能明显地降低烘烤成本并提高烟叶经济性状。与挂杆烘烤相比,插扦式散叶烘烤每1kg干烟用工量、耗煤量、用电量分别比挂杆烘烤减少71%、11.70%和21.20%,均价比挂杆烘烤提高0.60元/kg,单位综合效益增加2.88元/kg。插扦式散叶烘烤技术推广应用经济效益明显,具有较好的应用推广前景。In order to understand the application effect,the application of sticking loose-leaves tobacco curing technique in Zhijin County was studied in large scale multi-point from 2010 to 2013.Result：Using the sticking loose-leaves tobacco curing technique could obviously decrease the cost of labor and energy and improve the economic characters of tobacco.The cost of labor force,electricity and coal respectively reduced by 71%,11.7% and 21.1% and the average price of tobacco leaves and comprehensive economic benefit respectively increased by 0.6Yuan/kg and 2.88Yuan/kg compared with the leaves hanged with a pole,which indicated that sticking loose-leaves tobacco curing technique was of good application and extension prospects.
