摘 要:针对某车型怠速时转向系统NVH性能存在的问题,采用仿真分析与实验测试相结合的方法,对汽车转向系统进行动力学特性分析.建立转向系统的有限元模型并对其进行仿真分析,通过转向系统客观振动测试和模态测试,验证了有限元模型的正确性.为了有效解决汽车怠速共振问题,基于有限元方法对转向系统进行尺寸优化,优化后系统NVH性能改善明显,达到了汽车舒适性的要求,验证了基于CAE仿真方法对转向系统振动特性优化的可行性.To solve the NVH performance problems existing in the steering system during idling period of a car,a method combining simulation analysis with experimental test was applied to analyze the dynamic features of the steering system.A finite element model of the steering system was established and a simulation analysis on the model was undertaken.Through an objective vibration test and a modal test,the correctness of the finite element modal was verified.As to the idling resonance problem in the care,a size optimization on the steering system was conducted based on the finite element method.The optimized system was greatly improved in NVH performance and the requirement for the comfort of the vehicle was met.The results verify the feasibility of optimizing the vibration features of the steering system in the CAE simulation method.
