摘　　要：酸站是差别化纤维生产中最重要的生产车间之一,如何合理有效地规划酸站对差别化纤维生产具有重要的意义。本文主要介绍了差别化纤维生产中酸浴蒸发的目的及主要形式,重点介绍了酸浴多效蒸发的节能对比、工艺原理、工艺条件以及工艺运行中可能出现的问题及控制措施。Spinbath station is one of the most important production workshop of differential fiber production.How to plan the spinbath station reasonably and effectively is of great significance in differential fiber production.The paper mainly introduces the purpose and the main forms of spinbath evaporation in differential fiber production.And it focuses on energy comparison,process principle,process conditions and the possible problems and control measures during operation about spinbath multi- effect evaporation.
