乙苯与乙烯烷基化反应生成对二乙苯的动力学研究

摘　　要：利用中国石油辽阳石化公司1 500 t/a对二乙苯生产装置,在镁改性HZSM-5分子筛催化剂存在下,在固定床反应器中,研究了乙苯与乙烯发生烷基化反应的动力学。结果表明,生成对二乙苯的反应级数约为2.0,反应活化能Ea为162.116 k J/mol,阿累尼乌斯常数A为1.074 3×109;生成邻及间二乙苯的反应级数约为3.5,反应活化能Ea为209.592 k J/mol,阿累尼乌斯常数A为1.177 8×1011。The kinetics of alkylation reaction of ethylbenzene with ethylene was investigated in a fixed - bed reactor in the presence of HZSM - 5 zeo- lite catalyst modified by magnesium in a 1 500 t/a p- diethylbenzene unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that the p- diethylbenzene reaction order to produce was about 2.0, reaction activation energy Ea 162.116 kJ/mol,Arrhenius constant A 1. 074 3 ×10^9 ; the reaction order to produce m - diethylbenzene was about 3.5,reaction activation energy Ea 209. 592 kJ/mol, Arrhenius constant A 1. 177 8 ×10^11.
